The acquisition allowed us to combine the respective technologies in order to better service local manufacturing businesses, and to have a more competitive edge in the South African sewing thread industry. ACA has the rights to producing A&E Anefil Twisted multifilament polyester sewing thread, while we import the polyester UV-resistant A&E Sunstop ® thread.
